Through generous corporate sponsorships, Families of SMA is pleased to provide a Room Rate Assistance Program for the 2008 FSMA Boston Conference. FSMA will be reducing the hotel room rate for families as follows:

• The room rate will be reduced from the current $195 per night to $149 per night.
• This reduced rate will cover one room per family for three nights.
• Reduction will be applied as a credit to your hotel bill at the time of check out.
• Please note: This assistance program applies only to The Boston Park Plaza Hotel, and to families only.
• Upon check-in to the Boston Park Plaza, your room reservation rate will show as $199 per room. The rate will be reduced to $149 per room at the conclusion of your stay.

If you are traveling with a larger family and would like two bathrooms, the hotel has put aside a limited number of Family Rooms which are described as Deluxe Doubles. They include two bathrooms. To make this reservation, call hotel directly at 800-225-2008.
If you need a refrigerator in your hotel room, you will need to call the hotel and book it in advance.
