What an amazing day at CitiField with the NY Mets to kick off SMA Awareness Month.
It was great to see the SMA Kids receiving the Mets Spirit Award, the Mets honoring Keira Sweeney and her family, the kids meeting Darryl Strawberry, Doc Gooden, Gary Carter, Davey Johnson, David Cone and then at the end of the game the kids were able to run or ride around the bases with Mr Met.
