SMA Home for the Cure Completed to Support Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy. July 12, 2012 On the Market to Find a Treatment and a Cure for SMA. The SMA Home for the Cure has been completed thanks to Everlast Enterprises, a team of generous sponsors, and a dedicated group of volunteers. The finished two-story home located in the Clover Springs neighborhood of Delano, MN has 2,500 square feet of living space including four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three car garage. The home is currently listed on the market for $324,900 and proceeds from the sale will benefit Families of SMA. Jeff Martineau Andrade is a Delano-area relator, and father to Bella SMA Type II, and he reached out to his business contacts to recruit donations of skills, time and building materials for the home. The SMA Home for the Cure could not have been completed without the support of the home’s sponsors. Thank you to Coldwell Banker Burnet, Burnet Title, Everlast Enterprises, WCCO, PHH Home Loans and Beacon Bank for their dedication. The SMA Home for the Cure ultimately will raise funds that will be used for family support programs and research efforts to develop a treatment and cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Thank you for your dedication to this project and for garnering the support of your community.
